When Yamashita Law is requested by any person to disclose, correct, add, delete, discontinue using, erase, discontinue providing to a third party, or notify the purpose of utilization of, the retained personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act, Yamashita Law will respond to the request appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, after confirming the identity of the person making the request.
